What we do not claim
An exhibit, not an expert opinion
We date and we document. The legal qualification of what we date belongs to your counsel and, ultimately, to the court. So we never write “proof” without saying proof of what: an exhibit can be argued with, and that is exactly what gives it weight.
That is also why the method is attached. A report whose approach cannot be replayed is worth nothing in adversarial proceedings, however good its contents.
